Kids & Teens CrossFit

We offer both Kids (ages 7–10) and Teens (ages 11–16) programs, each designed to meet athletes at their stage of development while building a strong foundation in movement, confidence, and fitness.

Across both programs, we focus on movement quality first—teaching proper mechanics through foundational patterns like squatting, hinging, pressing, and pulling before increasing load or intensity.

Kids CrossFit (Ages 7–10)

Our Kids program is designed to help young athletes move well, have fun, and build confidence in a positive, supportive environment.

 

Each class incorporates structured relays, games, and team-based activities to keep kids engaged while reinforcing coordination, balance, and body awareness.

 

The focus is on developing strong movement patterns and creating a lifelong positive relationship with fitness.

Teens CrossFit (Ages 11–16)

Our Teens program builds on the same foundation, with a continued emphasis on proper movement, consistency, and long-term development.

Athletes are introduced to barbell movements and begin to progressively increase weight as they demonstrate sound mechanics and control. While strength development becomes a greater focus, intensity is always managed appropriately—we prioritize safe, efficient movement over pushing limits too soon.

The goal is to help teens build strength, improve performance, and gain confidence in their abilities.

6 Week training session

Program Structure

Our Kids and Teens programs run in structured 6-week training sessions, allowing athletes to progress together in a consistent and focused environment.

 

Foundations Week (New Athletes)

Before each session begins, we offer a Foundations Week for:

  • Athletes new to Kids or Teens CrossFit

  • Returning athletes who would benefit from a refresher

 

During this time, athletes learn and practice the foundational movements that will be used throughout the program.

This is included at no additional cost.

6-Week Training Session

Once the session begins:

  • Athletes train together and build on skills each week

  • Coaches maintain a consistent pace and progression

  • No new athletes are added mid-session, ensuring the best experience for everyone

At the end of each session, we take a short break before beginning the next cycle.

 

Pricing

  • $130 per 6-week session

Schedule

Classes run during the school year and follow the local school calendar, including breaks such as Spring Break.

During the summer, we offer Kids and Teens camps designed to keep athletes active, engaged, and continuing to develop.
