Kids & Youth Program
Structured classes focused on movement, confidence, and fun.
Offered in 6-week sessions:

Coming Soon: Middle School Strength & Weightlifting
Designed for students in grades 6–8 who want to build strength, improve athletic performance, and learn proper lifting technique in a safe, coach-led environment.
Whether your child participates in sports or simply wants to gain confidence in the weight room, this program will focus on developing sound movement mechanics, strength, discipline, and healthy training habits.
