How It Works

  • Purchase your drop-in pass using the link below

  • Schedule your class through Wodify

  • Arrive 10–15 minutes early and check in

  • Introduce yourself to the coach and jump into class

 

Prerequisites

Drop-ins are intended for experienced CrossFit athletes who are comfortable with barbell movements and group class structure.

New to CrossFit?

If you’re new, we recommend starting with a No Sweat Intro or personal training so we can guide you through the basics first.
