Our Programs

Our CrossFit program is designed for all fitness levels. Whether you're just getting started or looking to push your limist, every workout is coached, scalable, and built to help you move better, feel stronger, and live healthier.

CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program built around constantly varied workouts using functional movements-things like squatting, lifting, pushing, pulling, and running.

Every workout is different, every movement can be scaled, and every class is led by a coach to guide you every step of the way.

You don't have to be fit to start. You just have to start.

What is CrossFit?

Fitness for the whole family

Our Kids and Teens program is designed to build confident, capable young athletes through structured, age-appropriate training.

We focus first on movement quality and consistency—teaching proper mechanics across foundational movements like squats, presses, and pulls before ever emphasizing intensity or load. Athletes are introduced to all major lifts in a safe, progressive way, developing both skill and understanding over time.

For our younger athletes (ages 7–10), the goal is simple:
move well, have fun, and build confidence.

Each class incorporates structured relays, games, and team-based challenges to keep sessions engaging while reinforcing coordination, teamwork, and a positive connection to fitness.

Our Teens program (ages 11–16) builds on that foundation by introducing more strength and controlled intensity, while continuing to prioritize proper technique and long-term development over short-term performance.

Across both programs, we aim to:

  • Build confidence in movement and ability

  • Develop coordination, balance, and body awareness

  • Create a positive relationship with fitness

  • Foster discipline, effort, and resilience

one-on-one Coaching

One on One Personal Training

Our Personal Training program offers a more individualized approach for those looking to build confidence, improve technique, or accelerate their progress.

New to CrossFit?

If you’re new or feel intimidated jumping straight into group classes, Personal Training is the best place to start.

Working one-on-one with a coach allows you to learn and practice foundational movements at your own pace, building confidence and understanding before entering a class environment.

Sessions focus on key movements such as:

  • Squatting

  • Hinging

  • Pressing

  • Pulling

  • Core stability and control

This option is designed to give you a strong foundation so you feel prepared, capable, and confident when you transition into classes.

Already a Member?

Personal Training is also a great way to take your fitness to the next level.

Whether you’re working toward a specific goal or want to refine your technique, one-on-one coaching allows us to focus on the details that are harder to address in a group setting.

This may include:

  • Improving barbell technique

  • Developing strength in specific lifts

  • Addressing movement limitations

  • Building confidence in more advanced movements

Personal Training is offered on a flexible, month-to-month basis and can be used as a starting point or as a supplement to regular classes.

If you’re unsure where to start, Personal Training is the best way to build confidence and set yourself up for success before stepping into a class environment.
