Questions?
We probably have the answers.

How do I start my no sweat intro? Click the "Booy My Free Intro" button above. After signing up, you'll be able to choose a time that works best for you. If you don't see a time that fits your schedule, just reach out and we'll helpyou find one.

Do I need to be in shape to start? Not at all. Most people who come in are either just getting started or getting back into a routine. Everything we do is tailored to your current fitness level, so there’s no expectation to “be in shape” beforehand. That’s what we’re here for—to help you build that step by step.

What happens during my first visit? Your No Sweat Intro is a relaxed, one-on-one conversation with a coach. We’ll talk about your goals, your fitness background (if any), and what you’re looking to get out of your time here. We’ll also show you around the gym so you feel comfortable in the space. By the end, you’ll have a clear, personalized plan for how to get started.

What kind of exercises can I expect during a workout? Workouts are varied, but everything is designed to be simple, safe, and scalable to your fitness level. You can expect a mix of basic functional movements like squatting, pushing, pulling, carrying, and light cardio. That might include things like dumbbells, kettlebells, rowing, biking, or bodyweight exercises. The important thing is that nothing is “one-size-fits-all.” Every movement can be adjusted based on your experience, strength, and comfort level. If something doesn’t feel right for you, we modify it so you can still train effectively without feeling overwhelmed.

How often should I come to class? We generally recommend 3–4 classes per week to get the most out of your training and see consistent progress. That’s the frequency that allows your body to adapt properly, build momentum, and improve week to week. Some people start slightly lower while they’re getting into a routine, but long-term progress really comes from showing up consistently at that 3–4x/week level. During your No Sweat Intro, we’ll help you figure out the right starting point so you can build up to that sustainably.
